Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:

3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Aperol
1 splash of soda water
Ice cubes
Orange slice, for garnish

 

Instructions:

Fill a wine glass or a large balloon glass with ice cubes. Pour the Prosecco over the ice, followed by the Aperol. Add a splash of soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with an orange slice. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz!

 

 

Classic Mojito 

Ingredients:

Fresh mint leaves
1 lime (cut into wedges)
2 tablespoons white sugar
ice cubes
1.5 ounces white rum
soda water

Instructions:

Muddle mint leaves and 1 lime wedge in a glass. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again. Fill the glass with ice, pour the rum over the ice, and fill with soda water. Stir well, garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
